We provide staff to supported living houses to care for individuals with different physical or learning disabilities so that they can attain and maintain their own independence. Whether they need help with a few household chores, maintaining hygiene, medication management, or assistance getting out and about - we always promote independence and allow individuals to do as much as they can while they can.

We’re able to provide regular care across the UK – for both companies and individuals. This can be through advanced scheduling or as and when needed. Our support staff are available 24/7, meaning that we’re always able to provide support to our clients.

Physical disability support

Our support staff are able to assist people with different physical disabilities – from managing daily routines through to maintaining a social life. Whether a minor or substantial and long-term condition, our experienced and trained careers can assist you.

Every person we support is unique and whatever alterations in physical and sensory abilities you may have, our staff are here to support you with the challenges you may have with movement, focus and communication. Our staff are able to use any specialist equipment you may have, ensuring that your needs are always met.

Our experienced staff can assist you with moving and handling transfers, personal care, dressing, medication administration, meals preparation, participating in the community, and more.

Learning disability support

Our specialised staff team is there to support people with learning disabilities who might have some difficulty with: 

  • Understanding complicated information 
  • Learning skills 
  • Looking after themselves or living alone 

 Our carers can assist you to get ready and attend work, maintain meaningful relationships, live independently. We can support you to prepare your meals, tidy your living environment, medication administration, or personal care.

We strongly believe that having a physical and/or learning disability should not mean your life should be any different from anyone else’s. Our staff are here to help you have fun and access the community. We put exceptional value on social support as this is very essential for maintaining your physical and mental health. 

We are here to help you take control of your life, reduce stress, and shape your own future in the way you would like to do. With the help of our carers, you can enjoy your chosen social activities to enhance your overall wellbeing.

Your carer can assist you go on holidays using transport of your choice. Our staff are familiar with various forms of communication such as Makaton, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and can support you with your communication needs as you will be developing new social skills.

We can provide a carer or support worker, to accompany you on holiday in the UK and to support you to relax and be safe and comfortable while you recharge your batteries.

Night care support

Our trained night staff are dedicated to ensuring that you have the support you need throughout the night, encouraging you to have a good night’s sleep, and maintain a healthy sleep pattern.

Sleep-in staff will ensure that you are not alone at night. They can help with medication, toilet needs, and repositioning or re-orientation, so that you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The sleep-in staff will require their own sleeping and bath/shower facilities as they sleep at your property so that they are able to also have a good sleep too, and can continue to work the next day.

Usually the sleep staff will be able to support you twice in the night if you need to use the toilet or reposition or have a drink, however if more support is required, we will be able to supply you with a support worker dedicated for this kind of support. 

If you require more support at night, we will provide you with a dedicated night worker who will be awake throughout the night to see to your needs.

A good night's sleep for you is essential to everyday health and our experienced staff will ensure that you get supported to get this needed rest and safety during the night. 

one-to-one support

Support while in hospital

We’re able to provide one-to-one support workers and carers to care for you whilst you are in the hospital. Our staff will accompany you to the hospital for routine and emergency appointments, and ensure that you have everything you need, including your hospital passport. They will be available to support you dependant on your support plan and the duration of the funded time.

The support staff will ensure that you get the high-quality support you’re entitled to, and take care of all communication with hospital staff. They can assist you with simple activities that you used to do at home such as jigsaw puzzles, enjoying your favourite music or soaps, and if your family and friends are unable to visit, they will facilitate communication with them for you – including via video calling, so that your social needs are met.
